a Meditator Residence Course over
Labour Day weekend. 2, 3, or 4 day
courses are planned. If
you have already attended one of our
residences courses, you know how
deeply restful and revitalizing they
are; and an excellent opportunity to
deepen your meditation experiences.

Meditator Residence Courses
Meditator
Residence Courses are
offered on a regular
basis here at our
national academy on
beautiful Lake of Bays
in Muskoka. We are
centrally located and
easily accessible.
Just 2 hours north of
Toronto and 4 hours
west of Ottawa, we are
deep in cottage
country.
In the silence of our
national academy,
under the supervision
of Certified Teachers
of Transcendental
Meditation, you will
enjoy extended
practice of TM, group
meditations, and
verification of your
meditation practice
through direct
experience and
intellectual
understanding. Videos
of Maharishi discussing
experiences during TM
and correct practice,
and the unfoldment of
enlightenment, are a
highlight of every
course.

cuisine and the

450 acre lake front
